About me
Namaste and Hi
“Life isn’t about finding yourself. It’s about creating yourself.”
George Bernard Shaw
I am very happy to welcome you here to my website about Soul, Yoga and Art.
A place created to share experiences, to connect and support each other on this journey of life.
My name is Sabine and I am the Soul behind this.
I discovered my love for Art when I was young and while growing up in the countryside of Austria, where I always tried to live life to its fullest. Since I was a young girl, I was always very connected to nature and I loved animals. I eventually fell for photography and discovered the fascination of taking pictures of everything that caught my attention.
Coming from a small village near Hungary I was also very blessed and started to see the beauty of being always ready to cross a border and dive into a different culture. Nevertheless, I realized one day that big city life was calling so I decided to move to Vienna, the capital of Austria.
I enrolled at university and after a few sidesteps I graduated as a school teacherand started working in a middle school in Vienna. A job which will always be part of me as I discovered my love for teaching and the heart opening opportunity of taking children by their hands and opening up a whole new world of learning for them.
And yet I felt the desire to expand my knowledge and so I started a master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy. A beautiful decision which helped me grow and I would not want to change. But the urge to focus on the beauty of life got stronger and the deep desire that there is still something beyond my perception manifested itself in me.
There was this feeling of being drawn to something stronger, something I could not yet grasp. And that’s when I booked my ticket to India and dived into the world of Yoga and Reiki and became a fully hearted Yogini and Reiki Healer. I did different Yoga Teacher Trainings and I am now a 5oo hours qualified and experienced Yoga Teacher and entitled to pass on my knowledge in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Children Yoga and Yin Yoga.
A few years ago, I brought the concept “Yogart” into being – a guided combination of Yoga, Art and Meditation. I put my heart blood in that concept, and even dedicated a lot of research to the extent of writing a Thesis about it - so don’t be surprised to read about here a lot.
And if you feel that there is more to discover within yourself – I would also love to help you discover your full potential.
Let’s take this journey together.
“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I`ll meet you there.” – Rumi
